WHY Prime Minister’s award for the fraudulent e-procurement software of AP ?
After having committed a full fraud, they should not reap such a benefit !!!

NISG formation is the MASTER PLAN of Mr. R. Chandrashekar, the Add’l Secretary at MIT along with Mr. J. Sathyanarayana CEO of NISG. Both comes from AP Cadre.
NISG knows how to hire Consultants who writes TENDER to suit particular companies favored by Mr. R. Chandrashekar and Mr. J, Sathyanarayana.
Mr. R. Chandrashekar and Mr. J. Sathyanarayana knows how to RIG a TENDER !!
Mr. R. Chandrashekar and Mr. J. Sathyanarayana are making sure eProcurement is not done by Govt. of INDIA and Govt. of Respective States by RIGGING the TENDER.
Mr. R. Chandrashekar and Mr. J. Sathyanarayana making the COUNTRY to be SLAVES of these PRIVATE COMPANIES.
Mr. R. Chandrashekar and Mr. J. Sathyanarayana have inroad into these FRADULENT PRIVATE COMPANIES.
eProcurement of AP information is not on Govt. SERVER. All the information of eProcurement information of AP State is on the SERVER of the PRIVATE COMPANY.
IS this what AP State wants it done ? To sell the STATE eprocurement information to PRIVATE COMPANIES. It is happenning because of Mr. R. Chandrashekar and Mr. J. Sathyanarayana combination.
Even the formation of NISG is in question ?
Even the UNDP funds that were FUNDED for formation of NISG are being MISUSED by NISG !
